1. What makes your hair different?
Our hair is 100% raw Vietnamese hair, sourced from single donors. It’s never processed or chemically treated, which means it’s stronger, fuller, and longer-lasting than beauty supply hair.

2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our bundles can last 3+ years. Think of it as an investment piece for your beauty collection.

3. Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is natural for any real hair, but our raw Vietnamese hair is top tier quality—meaning no excessive shedding or tangling. Just silky, manageable strands every time.

4. Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our raw hair takes color very well. Whether you’re going jet black, honey blonde, or bold red, you can treat it just like your own natural hair. We recommend professional coloring for best results.

5. How many bundles do I need?
• For a natural look: 2–3 bundles (depending on length).
• For extra fullness: 3–4 bundles.
• For lengths 26” and up, we recommend 4 bundles to keep it thick from root to tip.

6. How do I care for my hair?
Always use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, limit heavy oils, and wrap or bonnet your hair at night. Treat it like your own hair and it’ll love you back for years.

7. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
